Skutsky Igor Gennadievich
Was born on June, 18th, 1962 in settlement Incorporated Makeyevka Donetsk area. In 1985 graduated from Donetsk polytechnical institute on a speciality "engineer-electromechanic".
From August, 1985 till June, 1996 worked as the mountain master of site UPR, the mechanic extractive a site №3, the mechanic of a site of mine transport, the main thing энергетиком mines №13 – production association "Makeevcoal" encore. From August, 1996 till December, 2006 – the chief engineer of Open Company "Ecoline". From January, 2007 till June, 2008 – the deputy director on commercial questions of Open Company "Ceramist" and in combination operating base of rest of "Kalendy" of Open Company " Ceramist ". From June, 2008– the assistant to the general director of Joint-Stock Company of Research-and-production enterprise "Simpex".

Sekletsov Andrey Vladimirovich
Was born on May, 25th, 1968 in Gubakha the Perm area.
From June, 1986 till July, 1986he practiced asa pupil of the miner, the miner administration "Zuevsky" October production association on coal mining of "Oktjabrugol".
In 1987 finished Enakievsky mountain technical school on a speciality of a mountain technician. In 1995 graduated from Slavic international institute of management of business and the right. In 2005 graduated from Donetsk national technical university on a speciality of economy. In 2008 graduated from National academy of the government at the President of Ukraine on a speciality "government", received a qualification of the master of the government.
From March, 1987 till June, 1987 worked as the underground mountain master of the mine administration "Jasinovsky" the Soviet production association on coal mining of "Sovetskugol".
From June, 1987 till May, 1989 served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
From June, 1994 till September, 1994 – the underground miner of Management on installation, dismantle and repair of mining the equipment of joint-stock company of open type on extraction and coal processing.

Glazkov Ilya Sergeevich's biography
Was born on January, 2nd, 1962 in Verhnyaya Kutuzovka of Alushta of the Crimean area. In 1984 graduated from the Crimean medical institute on a speciality «medical business», received a qualification of a doctor. In 2006 graduated from the Odessa regional institute of the government of National academy of the government at the President of Ukraine on a speciality "government", received a qualification of a master of the government.
Ilya Sergeevich began his labour activity in August, 1984 the intern of the Kherson maternity hospital №1. From July, 1985 worked as a doctor accoucheur-gynecologist of the Kherson maternity hospital №1.
From September, 1986 till September, 1990 worked as a accoucheur-gynecologist of maternity hospital in Norilsk.
From September, 1990 till September, 1992 was trained in clinical internship of the Crimean Institute.
From September, 1992 till November, 2010 occupied posts managing branch endoskopy and microsurgery, the assistant to the head physician by a medical part, the head physician of the city clinical maternity hospital №2 of Simferopol.
In 2004 the Decision of presidium of the Higher certifying commission of Ukraine appropriates a scientific degree of the doctor of medical sciences on an obstetrics and gynecology speciality, to I Glazkov and in 2008 by the Decision of attestative board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine – an academic status of the professor of chair of obstetrics, gynecology and perinatal science.
