Respected Simferopolites!

I am sincerely glad to welcome you on an official web site of the Simferopol city council.

Our favourite and native home – Simferopol has an old story and special unique shape. Position on a peninsula card has defined all its further destiny that is symbolically displayed in it’s name – «a city at a crossroads of all roads», "city-collector", «an advantage city».

Simferopol is nice not only in the history, in economic potential, but also in the inhabitants wha throughout many years worked for its blessing and development, directing the efforts and care to it.

On October, 31st, 2010 the new page in the history of our city – page of the revival and growth of well-being of all its inhabitants opened.

Considering my responsibility and your trust, I want to declare that all the city authorities in the near future have one overall aim – to make Simferopol the modern capital of business activity of Crimea and the countries of the Black Sea region.

We know how to embody in reality the daring ideas. A constant control on the basic highways and streets is already conducted in the city. Together with Ministerial council of Crimea we have started building of a new suburban railway junction in Simferopol.

And further we will prove in practice that behind words of our command – always result!

I invite all to join our command and to start creative work. I hope that the information which you will find on pages of our site, will be useful to you.
