Ageev Victor Nikolayevich was born on May, 17th, 1959 in Litizh Komarichsky area of the Bryansk region.
In 1981 graduated from Kharkov institute of mechanisation and agriculture electrification on a speciality "agriculture electrification". In 2005 he graduated from the Kharkov regional institute of the government of National academy of the government at the President of Ukraine on a speciality "government", and received qualification of the master of the government.
Victor Nikolaevich began labour activity in 1981 as an electrical engineer of state farm of Gagarin in the Kharkov area. From 1983 to 1984 he worked as an engineer of Experimental hothouse industrial complex "Simferopol".
From 1985 to 1987 he served in the Armed forces of the USSR. After the termination of service of 5 years worked as aspecialist in energetics Production association "Крымнерудпром".
From 1992 to 2000 worked on various posts in the firm "Console". Next two years held a post of the General director of Open Company «LTD. Console».
From December, 2002 till May, 2006 was the vice-president of board of Corporation "Укрросбуд".
In 2002 was selected a deputy of Supreme body ARC on majority district. The same year Victor Nikolayevich received a rank of the Honoured builder of Autonomous republic of the Crimea.
In four years, in 2006, the nominated by the Party of Regions, again became a deputy of Supreme body ARC.
From May, 2006 was the chairman of the Constant commission of the Supreme Rada of Autonomous republic Crimea on the industry, building, transport, communication and a fuel and energy complex. In 2007 Victor Nikolayevich received a rank of the Honoured builder of Ukraine.
On November, 11th, 2010 Victor Nikolayevich Ageev solemnly entered the post of the Simferopol mayor.
